All of the above means we can look at the building and make detailed meaningful insight into what’s happening. We also understand buildings and how they should interact and operate. There are many ‘big-data’ providers who will supposedly tell you how things work but unless they have a detailed knowledge of the built environment and what it means for real estate, sustainability, facilities, corporate, financial etc.. then it’s a fruitless exercise and a waste of money.
